Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website. They are deliberately short, because this is an information website and not a service you sign up for.

Last updated: 6 September 2026 Applies to: adachildrenupperroomacademy.com

Agreement to these terms

This website is published by Ada and Children Upper Room International Academy of Blakays Town Community, Ganta City, Nimba County, Liberia (“the school”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Nothing here affects the separate arrangements between the school and an enrolled pupil’s family, which are agreed directly with the school office.

What this website is for

This site exists to describe the school to families and to the wider community: what we teach, when we teach it, what a pupil needs to bring, and how to reach us.

It is an information website only. You cannot enroll a pupil, pay a fee, or create an account through it. Every one of those things is done in person at the school office. Gifts offered through the Support page are processed on our payment provider’s own secure pages, or arranged directly with the office — never on this website.

Accuracy of the information here

We take care to keep this site correct and current. Even so, details change — timetables shift, fees are revised, and requirements are adjusted from one school year to the next.

Before you act on anything published here, confirm it with the school office. This applies particularly to:

  • Tuition, study class and West African Examinations Council fees, which are set annually and announced by the office.
  • Term dates, session times and the school calendar.
  • The school supply list and uniform requirements, which may be revised between years.
  • Grade placement, which is always decided individually at enrollment.

Where something on this website and something told to you by the school office disagree, the school office is correct.

Not an offer of admission

Nothing on this website is an offer of a place, a guarantee of admission, or a binding statement of fees. Admission follows enrollment at the school office, and depends on grade placement and available space in the relevant class.

Intellectual property

The name Ada and Children Upper Room International Academy, the school crest, and the text, layout, illustration and design of this website belong to the school or are used by it with permission.

You are welcome to read these pages, print them for personal or family use, and share links to them. You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, use the school’s name or crest to represent an organisation that is not this school, or present the material as the work of someone else.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to break the law, and not to attempt to interfere with it — for instance by trying to gain unauthorised access to the server, introducing malicious code, or placing a deliberate load on it intended to make it unavailable to others.

This site links out to telephone, text messaging and WhatsApp. Those services are run by other people, under their own terms and their own privacy policies. We have no control over them and accept no responsibility for them. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We would like this website to be available at all times, but we cannot promise it. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault at our hosting provider or in the network between you and it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. If you need to reach the school and this website is unavailable, telephone the office.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the school is not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information published here — which is why we ask you to confirm anything important with the office before acting on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, and any dispute arising out of them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Liberia.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms were last updated on 6 September 2026.
